 What is a Challenge Group?

  • A Challenge group is a private Facebook group where you get personal support from me and others in the group to help you stay on track, stay motivated, and have FUN on your fitness journey!
  • Our current Challenge starts on the 1st Monday of each month, and lasts 4 weeks. But hopefully you keep going and join us the following month also!

What do you do?

  • Commit to a Beachbody fitness program – 21, 30, 60, or 90 days (but our Challenge just runs 3 to 4 weeks)
  • Drink Shakeology daily for best results (If you order a CHALLENGE PACK, you get both a workout of choice and Shakeology at discounted bundled price)
  • You do everything at home, on your own time and schedule. Just push play on the DVD and follow along!
  • Check in daily and post your workout on the group page. Everyone shares their successes and struggles and supports each other along the way.
