There’s a new Beachbody workout coming soon from Super Trainer Joel Freeman. He’s also the co-creator of Core de Force.

LIIFT4 is a no-nonsense combination of weightlifting and high intensity (HIIT) cardio to build muscle and scorch fat. The LIIFT4 Nutrition Plan is simple to follow. Who wants something complicated?

When you follow the Nutrition Plan for LIIFT4, you get all the nutrients, proteins and healthy carbs that your body need to get top results from the workouts.

WHAT EQUIPMENT DO YOU NEED FOR LIIFT4?

You’ll need various weights: light, medium, and heavy (depending on your fitness level). You can aslo use resistance bands. In LIIFT4, the modifier uses resistance bands (included in our offers) instead of dumbbells.
