Hi! I’m June Hug and I am a Mom, a Wife, busier than can be and well into my 40’s! Although I am a certified personal trainer and fitness instructor, I’ve been involved in fitness and exercise since college, and recently have committed to taking things to the next level of health! I am always learning about how I can eat healthier/better and am quite astounded at how different I approach food now compared to a few months ago, a few years ago…or even a few days ago. Also, I have learned how to be more efficient/effective with exercise. I am not a runner and don’t train like one and I have learned that you can still be fit in as little as 25-30 minutes a day. As Abe Lincoln once said “If you’re through learning, you’re through!” So I am always trying to learn how to be better.
As the mother of two active boys I know how busy people’s schedules can be and how difficult it is to keep on track. I have the same struggles…it’s called LIFE! This is where I can help! My goals are to help people reach their fitness and/or weight-loss goals in a healthy and fun way, while building habits that will allow them to sustain success over time.
For years, people have asked me what they can do to get a fit, healthy body. With Team Beachbody and Shakeology I can now help more people than ever look better and more importantly feel better!
I am a work in progress and the struggle is real…finding a balance between eating healthy, exercising most days, getting enough rest and doing the best I can. Success does not happen over night and I want to share information that I have learned along the way, and continue to learn about, with others. Everyone matters and everyone deserves to be healthy and fit and live a long, happy life.
This is exciting and empowering to me, because though I’d never have dreamed in a million years that I would be a part of helping someone in their fitness journey, here I am, helping others out of pure enthusiasm! I found myself telling someone what worked for me, what I’d tried, what I’d heard someone else say worked for them, and giving encouragement. People helping people – from all around the country – working towards one common goal: Reversing The Trends of Obesity: One Relationship at a Time!
